Our history

In 1911 Gastwirt Adolf Engst buys the property. There are already guest rooms, long before the Alb and the large Lautertal recreation area.

Adolf Engst gives his daughter Walburga the hospitality. In 1933 she married Magnus Kloker from Bremelau, who was very active in the tourism industry in Indelhausen.

The young host realizes that there is a lack of guest rooms. 1950 the inn was rebuilt, 7 years later the hall renewed. 1962 the former village school for further rooms can be acquired.

1968 the son Adolf with Frau Theresia the parental enterprise. In the guesthouse, the shower and toilet are installed and in 1978 the restaurant is newly furnished.

Since 1984 there is the guest house "Kloker am Ringwall", with comfortable and comfortable rooms, lift and sauna.

In 1996, the company was handed over to the Franz Kloker family and Beate Steinhardt, who continued the family tradition.

With the construction of a meeting room for 80 persons in 1999, the offer was expanded especially for companies.
